The former mall was known as Pasay City Mall & Market and now known as VICTORY PASAY MALL.

Victory Pasay Mall is a 3 level commercial building with 100 parking slots. The mall has 10,482 gross floor areas including the 6,758.21sqm of retail spaces. The Mall is directly linked to the Libertad LRT Line 1 Station,and situated right in front of Pasay Public Market.

    The jeepneys and the existing light rail system or LRT 1 are considered the primary mode of transportation in Victory Pasay Mall. The jeepneys with longer Metro Manila routes mostly run along Taft Avenue coming from Manila bound for Baclaran & Vice versa passes the mall, same on Arnaiz Sreet formerly known as Libertad Street routes from Roxas Boulevard to Makati.
